through the years you've been there for me.
you never judged me no matter how ridiculously non-sensical my rants were, you ignored my syntax and grammatical errors, you never cared what time of day it was, and spilling my thoughts was always a click away...that's why it hurts to say that i am leaving you. you just got overly technical recently and you deprive me of my youtube link, and not to mention your pesky ads on the side. i just cant handle it... im moving on. i found someone new, somewhere better. but thanks for the memories and for tolerating the world's ultimate drama queen that is me.

xoxo...you know you love me (i just had to put that in)

just because we all know that digression is necessary for success...

start

01. bio midterm tomorrow, calc and english on friday -- im quite excited to write it. please dont throw tomatoes at me im enjoying my textbooks lately. n-e-r-d forevs chcheeyeauh.
02. im not ashamed to admit that i am currently listening to the jonas bros.
03. im sympathetic towards britney spears
04. my dad lives in a hotel/dorm-type setting when im the one who's in university. hahaha the reversal of it all! he comes home this thursday for his break. i miss my partner in unapologetic overspending =D.
05. note to self: buy leopard print rainboots because we haven't been having a pocketfull of sunshine lately.
06. name schmame. i have this weird fondness of naming things. wanna know a secret? sometimes i think that some people got the wrong birth name. HAHA (please apologize to your parents for me in advance). if i had a dog that doesn't shed and can tell me if it needed to go the bathroom, i would name him MUCHACHO or MACHISSIMO, name her MUFFINTOP (b/c we know that its the moistest and yummiest part of it, otherwise, you're better off with the muffin's beautiful cousin: cupcake) or FRENCH VANILLA (because im going through withdrawals). if i had a turtle, which i used to want but not anymore, i would name it TURBO. if i had a cow, i would name it MEGAN THE VEGAN. if i had a fish, i would name it ELLEN. if i had a brother, i'd ask my parents to name him JOSIAH WINTER (b/c i love winter plus it's my birth season) if i had another sister, she'll be called MORIAH AUTUMN (fall has such a negative connotation and so, autumn is preferrable). lastly, if there was a way to have a genetically altered baby elephant that is well trained to go potty by itself, i would want one, and i would name her TOFU.

end of digression. time to get back to the books.

ps. just in case you wanted to know.. my macbook's name is WATERMELON.

term two has started, which means my social life has plummeted. haha! but all is well...

right before the holidays ended, i decided to check out ratemyprof.com . with the website's guidance and student feedbacks, i did a last minute switcheroo with my course sections and i just so happened to get the highest rated prof for each of my courses.

math 103 - hill - he's strict, but he sure knows his calculus.

bio 121 - bradfield - his idea of introducing biobeat freestyle music sessions every friday adds major cool points for him

engl 110 - dawson - literature is a good breather from the sciences, so i generally look forward to english class all the time, but dawson is probably the most animated teacher i've encountered. he actually made me enjoy reading beowulf for the second time!

phys 101 - scott - you can judge him after i tell you about an experiment he did.
a couple years ago, he went to paris with some friends and colleagues. he assembled a loooooong straw and brought it with him on top of the eiffel tower. he also placed a can of beer at the bottom of the tower. he then tried to see how much beer he can suck from the ground, all the way to the top of the tower. his attempts were dismal and the beer never reached him. an annoyed french police saw him and he was sent to jail. he was detained for a day. he decided to do calculations to see how much suction force is needed so that the beer would actually reach the top of the tower. sadly, math never lies. the height of the tower was just too great.. yupp.. he's one hilarious fella!

i really need to get back to school work... oh the joy! seriously, it's quite fun.

"the next time we hangout, i will redeem myself. my heart can't rest till then. whoa whoa i, i cant wait to see you again" i usually am apathetic when it comes to miley cyrus and her music, but her new song sounds so fun and upbeat, not to mention very similar to the 80s song 'sunglasses at night' by corey hart. nonetheless, infringed or not, i like it.

speaking of decades past, it's almost my birthday anniversary! i seriously still feel like im seventeen, and being eighteen hasn't sunk in yet, and in a matter of days im turning nineteen. sigh getting older is such a tragedy.. hahahahahaha im joking! im absolutely grateful for having so many years added to my life. it's a blessing! it truly is.

so, i got one of my birthday gift, a few weeks early which was superb! my daddio gets to stay here for the rest of the month before he leaves for this isolated freezer of a city in alberta. more daddy and me time! saweeet deal!

my wish-list (when i mean wish-list... i mean things that i would need to save for, since i doubt anyone would get me this.. then again, you can always prove me wrong! hahahaha)

spice cam polaroid600

because i've always wanted to shake it like a polaroid pikchaaa! shshshake it! hahaha eversince the spice girls era, i've always wanted one, but my mom said i was too young to have it.

rotring tikky 0.7 mechanical pencil

once upon a time, there was this little girl name estephanie who was only two-years-old. she saw that her dad's attache case was open and grabbed this shiny, white, rotring tikky 0.7 mechanical pencil, and began writing with it. from then on, she has had it since. but one unfortunate day in grade 11 while peer-tutoring, someone borrowed it and never returned the fifteen-year-old pencil. the end. sigh i've been to the major stationary and office depots around and no luck. none of them even carry this brand!

jack lalanne power juicer

because im tired of having to cut the fruit into pieces before juicing.

microscope w/ led

oh wow. this is beauty magnified upto 400x hahaha! cindy reminded me how much i wanted one. if only...

marc jacobs multicolored oxford pump & nix check dress

a girl is allowed to wish. after all, this is a wish list drools
